Is Orlando the Best Real Estate Market in the U.S. Today?

Is Orlando the best real estate market in the United States today

I believe Greater Orlando is one of the most compelling real estate markets in the country—and it may still be undervalued compared with South Florida.

The region continues to offer developable land at prices significantly below Miami, while attracting capital, businesses, new residents and qualified professionals.

The signals are clear: Universal’s multibillion-dollar Epic Universe, the proposed $1 billion Dynasty sports and entertainment district in Ocoee, and the 243-acre Olympus sports and wellness destination in Clermont.

Not every project will be delivered exactly as announced. That is why disciplined underwriting, due diligence and risk management are essential.

Yet Orlando’s combination of available land, population growth, tourism, infrastructure and relative affordability creates opportunities across the entire real estate value chain: development, rental properties, project management, independent engineering, investor reporting, sustainability and capital investment.

Good markets attract talent. Talent attracts capital. And responsibly managed capital creates sustainable growth.

Do you agree that Orlando is one of the best real estate markets in the U.S. today? Share your perspective.
